No complaints whatsoever, I had a very nice stay and would definitely return. Everything seemed perfect, very informative staff, modern rooms. Smooth check-in was a nice touch and I liked excellent service. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

Besides the location, we liked the outstanding welcome and hospitality of the staff. Manager Vasillios was waiting for us to arrive, even though we arrived very late. He helped us park the car, helped us find some great restaurants, and insured we had everything we needed. When we returned late from hiking the Samarian Gorge, he knew we would have sore muscles and met us with a bottle of special medicinal ointment. Ontas is a beautiful old house that has been wonderfully restored. The rooms are larger than those offered by most hotels in the area. And the location and staff cannot be beat. What a great experience!
It's difficult to complain about anything. The hotel does not offer breakfast; but we did not want it, and we knew it before we made our reservation. There are plenty of local places to find breakfast. My wife and I wanted comfort, location, and friendly staff. We could not have found a better place to stay in all of Chania, even for a lot more money.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location is super close to everything including the Venetian port, in the city center, and the fantastic Saturday market. The hotel facilities were great, especially the clean and well-equipped communal kitchen. We also enjoyed the complementary welcome drink and excellent breakfasts. The staff, especially Afrodite, were incredibly helpful and provided us with great tips for attractions, good restaurants, and free parking.
Nothing.
